Construction activity is currently focused on the western portion of the site, near Katella Avenue and Douglass Road. This initial phase includes an office building, a vibrant market hall with restaurants and bars, a concert venue, and expansive parking infrastructure.
Parking structures are scheduled to be the first components to open in 2025, followed by the market hall and concert venue in 2026. Additional entertainment spaces—including a 2,000-seat theater and private club—are slated for 2027. The district’s new green spaces and the first of two hotels are expected to open in 2028, with the second hotel and residential units arriving by 2029 or later.
OC Vibe is more than a development—it's a bold reimagining of how people live, work, and play in the heart of Orange County.
